USE OF THE PLATFORM

If you create an account on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.3

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify LMNADE.ai immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE
2.1

Prohibited Uses: You may not use LMNADE.ai in a way that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in illegal activities, transmitting harmful content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

2.2

Data Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy laws, including but not limited to obtaining the necessary consents from your customers for data collection and use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
3.1

Integration and Liability: The Platform may integrate with third-party services. You acknowledge that LMNADE.ai is not responsible for the operation, data sharing, or any liabilities arising from your use of third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and governed by the third-party’s terms of service.

PAYMENT AND FEES
4.1

Fees and Billing: Fees for the Platform will be billed in advance based on your subscription plan, with any additional usage-based fees billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable, including those for partially used services.

4.2

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. You are responsible for all fees incurred until cancellation is confirmed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT

Platform Ownership: All content, trademarks, and features on LMNADE.ai are owned by Tobie Town Media or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Platform without express written permission.

5.2

User Contributions: By submitting content to LMNADE.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content as needed to operate the Platform.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
6.1

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LMNADE.ai does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your expectations.

6.2

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMNADE.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
7.1

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Claims must be brought individually, and class action lawsuits are waived.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
8.1

Grounds for Termination: LMNADE.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms or any applicable laws.

GOVERNING LAW
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

UPDATES AND CHANGES TO TERMS
10.1 LMNADE.ai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
